Mr Sivakaran demonstrated the process of the Case study and the Summary of his experience in a very understandable way. It’s happy to say that he used his speech in a controlled manner in this CPD which is easy to understand ( Sometimes he uses his words very quickly and mixes them all together. then it isn’t easy to understand what he said. However, in this CPD he controlled his wording and I did not have any issue understanding what he said. It’s a good move.)
He is a very knowledgeable person and I highly appreciate his contribution to the SLQS community.

Suggestion : While sharing email for the CPD, including the link of Ms-them is that possible to Share as an scheduled meeting format which available that function in the outlook, once the candidate will accept the scheduled meeting it it will add to his Calendar so some of them will not missed the time & date as all are engaged & busy with their day to day works. (This is the same practice all the private universities also practicing séance they have online lecture base learning method)
I understood how to write case study for RICS and how to prepare competences . Further acknowledged what are the requirements for presentation . I identified some important guidelines from CPD

My common comment on the timing for all the CPDs – is kindly manage to cover the subjects within a time periods.
Yesterday CPD session was so helpful to get an overall Idea about the process. It was easy to grab everything due to the way of presenting and the content of the CPD.
The yesterday’s webinar delivered by Mr. Sivakaran was very impressive and undoubtfully informative for everyone in the RICS journey.
As usual, the way he explained, the arrangement of order of topics, examples used, were exceptional. Thank you very much for the wonderful session.
Having said that, I would like to draw the attention of Mr. Sivakaran and SLQS on the following;
1. The webinar has been scheduled for two hours from 1900hrs to 2100hrs UAE time, but it was concluded at 2219hrs, due to the number of key topics should have been covered.
2. Since the two hours period of time was not sufficient to cover the topic precisely, it should have been better if we could cover the subject in two sessions.
3. It would be better if we could manage to conclude the future sessions within the scheduled time frame, which will be helpful for organizers, lecturers and attendees who to manage their other schedules and commitments.
4. I would suggest using a greater number of correctly written examples and lesser number of wrongly written examples during the display and explaining the examples from the previous submissions.

Having said that, I would like to draw the attention of Mr. Sivakaran and SLQS on the following;
