It was really good explanation about construction claims. the way of the delivery of the lecture was amazing, like motivation to pay attention, Videos for the break, ..etc.
My only suggestion is if you could add some basic points, such as what is construction claims, types, ways of claims, …..etc with presentation notes to understand for the people without industry experience would be advantage.
It was a great opportunity for me as a RICS APC candidate who is working in Sri Lanka now. I should pay my gratitude to SLQS UAE for providing this kind of valuable platforms (APC support programmes and general CPD programmes) to us as quantity surveyors who are being faced so much difficulties in Sri Lanka in order to find enough support towards our APC journey. Since I am being sheltered under your umbrella, I am owed to your immense support. This kind of your voluntary dedicated services are always providing examples even to other professional establishments by the way of actions rather than words.
