Farewell wishes are extended to Priyanka Nuwan Karunaratna, a respected member of the SLQS-UAE Central Committee, as the organization expresses gratitude for Priyanka's dedicated volunteer service. Priyanka made significant contributions during their tenure, notably serving as both a central committee member and as the treasurer of the Sri Lankan Professionals Association (SLPA-UAE), representing SLQS-UAE for a brief period. Priyanka played a pivotal role in establishing the SLQS-UAE Toastmasters Club, "QVoice," being the first club president and led the hosting team for the recently concluded Midsummer Night event. Additionally, Priyanka provided valuable support to our RICS/AIQS APC Support Programs and General CPD Programs by delivering CPDs aimed at advancing the professional development of our members.

Although Priyanka's time with us was relatively short, the impact of their contributions to SLQS-UAE and fellow Quantity Surveyors was significant.

Priyanka is bidding farewell to the UAE for a new chapter in the beautiful land of Ireland. As Priyanka embarks on this new journey, we extend our heartfelt wishes for success and happiness to Priyanka and their family.
