Highlights of QVOICE Toastmasters Club 8th Meeting: Leadership Insights and Noteworthy Achievement

"QVoice and TGIS, two esteemed Toastmasters clubs, united their efforts to orchestrate a memorable meeting: TGIS 442 meeting and QVoice 8 meeting  conducted as buddy meeting on 28 January 2024 at Villa Rotana were marked by captivating activities, enlightening speeches, and the cultivation of collaborative networking opportunities for members spanning both clubs."

Theme: Toastmasters Menaka ( QVoice)& Gayathri ( TGIS)took charge as the Toastmasters of the Day (TMOD) and set the tone for the evening with the theme 'A Star is Born’ and insightful approach provided a backdrop for a meeting filled with inspiration and learning.

Word of the Day: TM Roshan (QVoice) added a touch of linguistic flair by introducing the word of the day, 'Dread.' It was heartening to see many members incorporating this word into their expressions throughout the meeting.

Project Speeches: The meeting featured impactful

project speeches from TM Ashish (TGIS), TM Buwaneke (QVoice), and TM Gayanath( QVoice). Each speaker shared valuable insights, contributing to the diverse learning experience our club strives to offer.

Table Topics Session: TM Faiza Khan ( TGIS)skilfully conducted a Table Topics session, providing members with an opportunity for impromptu speaking. The session was both enjoyable and educational, showcasing the quick thinking and eloquence of our members.

Speech Evaluations: The project speeches were thoughtfully evaluated by TM Punyamali( QVoice), TM Vijay

Ramah ( TGIS), and TM Radhika Daga ( TGIS). Their constructive feedback undoubtedly contributed to the growth and development of our speakers.

General Evaluation: We were honored to have TM Sachin Kalikat serve as the General Evaluator, providing valuable insights into the overall dynamics of the meeting.

Recognition: Congratulations to TM Ashish for being recognized as the Best Speaker of the evening. Kudos also to TM Vijay for earning the title of Best Evaluator, and TM Lalith for being awarded Best Table Topic Speaker, TM Menaka for being 1st-

time winner for Toastmaster of the Day.
